  • In this role you will lead the development, implementation, and analysis of our client’s workforce plans across all levels of the organization.
  • In partnership with the Operational Excellence team and beyond to create, test, and implement new operating models that make efficient use of company resources while driving high levels of performance and customer experience.
  • Identify skills/competency requirements and critical skill gaps across the organization and work with other stakeholders to develop solutions.
  • In partnership with Finance, support the annual budgeting process by leading workforce evaluation and recommendations.
  • Work with many stakeholders including Field Operations, Operational Excellence, Training and Development, HR and other functions, to develop strategies to address organizational needs. You will think innovatively and challenge the status quo.
  • You will design and implement workforce management tools that enable field and support leadership to manage workforce related costs and ensure best use of talent.
  • Responsible for workforce planning for all client locations (Profit Centers and Support)
  • Work with Field Operations, Human Resources, Training and Development and other partners in the creation and implementation of workforce and labor planning best practices.
  • Report and communicate key performance indicators in support of resource utilization, ad-hoc analyses, special projects, and the overall workforce management strategy


  • Demonstrated development and execution of Strategic Workforce Planning
  • Demonstrated experience modelling workforce trends and analytics
  • Highly advanced skills in MS Excel and strong skills in MS PowerPoint and Word.
  • Must be able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders as well as work independently
  • Strong communication skill with ability to present to different levels of business partners
  • At least 5 years or more of management experience in a fast paced, rapidly changing operations environment.
  • Project management experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Workday HCM experience highly preferred
  • IBM Cognos Analytics experience highly preferred
