WHERE THE POSITION IS LOCATED:

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
• Consults team members for the approval of schedules, revising schedules when necessary.
• Maintains a clear and reasonable vision of next steps and the big picture during the project meetings and/or whenever project parameters changes.
• Proactively manages details through project lifecycle, ensuring that deliverables are executed in a timely manner.
• Partners with Business Manager and Design Managers on resource allocation and forecasting.
• Assists Business Manager in monitoring project budgets, including understanding of the estimate and actual costs.
• Maintains active/pipeline project list/schedules across UX Design Team.
• Insures adherence to UX Design process throughout the project life cycle.
• Maintain UX Design Active Project list and report status of projects to leads and management

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
• Experience in web/software development lifecycle (SDLC) and iterative design processes.
• Understanding of studio/graphic arts and/or marketing/advertising workflow processes
• Working knowledge of creative computer skills, print production processes and techniques and digital tactics
• Advanced project management skills (the ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, to achieve project objectives).
• Ability to understand, monitor, update, or enhance business and work processes; helps others learn process tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.
• Fluency in creating, updating and maintain Excel data
• Comfortable creating reports of project data to present to leads, managers and team

• Has experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Invision
