WHERE THE POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • Boston, Waltham, Albany or New York City, Charlotte

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and sales managers.
  • Contribute to the development of the product strategy.
  • Drive execution of product plan with responsibility for less complex initiatives within the plan.
  • Monitor flows and other metrics and analyze trends and identify root causes; ensure product leads are up-to-date on monthly trends.
  • Coordinate activity/initiatives with others such as product lead and partners from stakeholder areas.
  • Provide vision and leadership for cross-functional teams.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently to develop and drive product strategies.
  • 5+ year experience in annuity product/business management.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
  • Series 6/63 desirable.
