WHERE THE POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • Short Hills, NJ

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Accountable for end to end testing on QTC, including configuration, agreements, fulfillment and billing.
  • Works directly with Program Managers and Fulfillment personnel to ensure that all requirements are thoroughly and clearly articulated, and to create appropriate and effective acceptance test plans.
  • Tests customer specific implementations to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects.
  • Document defects and manages to resolution.
  • Recommends quality assurance process improvements.
  • Manages status reporting and communicating results of testing

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • College degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field. Business Analysis skills. Excellent inter-personal skills, initiative.
  • 1 - 3 years experience in Quality Assurance methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use a very large number of inter-dependent third-party software products, communication protocols and development tools.
  • More than 3 years experience is preferred.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Aptitude for business process.
  • Self motivate, able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills.
