  • Install and tune Qlik products suite
  • Maintain stability and performance of the Qlik platforms and related support applications such as QlikMaps and NPrinting
  • Manage users using appropriate Active Directory Groups and assigning security as needed in Qlik
  • Configure Qlik View and Qlik Sense integration points with Salesforce and .Net portals
  • Manage custom properties and writing complex QliK Sense security rules
  • Update and troubleshoot Server ODBC connections as needed for Qlik
  • Manage and conduct general server administration
  • Perform Qlik application upgrades and patches as needed
  • Provide 24 x 7 on-call rotational support including troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Work closely with other teams to remediate Qlik issues
  • Coordinate with service teams to prioritize daily work for deployments, application upgrades, performance testing support, and defect resolutions
  • Participate in the IT Change Management process to schedule and support all related changes
  • Provide support for new projects affecting the Enterprise Business Intelligence landscape
  • Apply ITIL methodologies
  • Contribute to cost versus benefit measures and analysis


  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • 7+ years directly related and progressively responsible experience in Qlik Technical Administration and Operations support in an Enterprise environment (1000+ users)
  • Experience with implementation, operating, and performance management of Enterprise QlikView and Qlik Sense systems
  • 3 years of experience with Qlik Sense supporting an Enterprise environment (3000+ users)
  • 2 years of experience with Nprinting
  • Working knowledge of MS Windows Server, and Active Directory Administration
  • Hands on experience with Qlik view and Qlik Sense integration with Salesforce and .Net portal
  • Must possess a strong troubleshooting aptitude
  • Ability to document standard operating procedures and best practice to support environment of continuous improvement
  • Solid understanding of business requirements and ability to apply supporting solutions
  • Strong Self Starter and ability to provide training and support
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
