WHERE THE POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • Racine, WI

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage an efficient MPS/DRP process for assigned technology(s)
  • Drive results through adherence to core supply planning processes and policies
  • Optimize inventory and case fill, end to end
  • Drive decisions and trade-offs to optimize the supply plan and communicate to stakeholders
  • Develop constrained/feasible MPS/DRP plans over the aligned time horizon, via SAP and best practices
  • Cross functional collaboration to maximize trade-offs across production, inventory and capacity
  • Measure, analyze and communicate key process metrics

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Supply planning experience in SAP including working knowledge of APO/R3 (SCM/ECC)
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to manage priorities with competing demands
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Process improvement proficiency, e.g., root cause understanding, lean methodology, etc.
  • Quantitative/qualitative analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business KPIs
