WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Manage Equity and Stock programs and ensure that transactions are efficiently processed in a timely manner
  • Primary liaison for all equity participants and both internal and external business partners
  • Partner with internal and external auditors to ensure all data has been processed correctly
  • Champion the administration and maintenance of equity awards, terminations, excercises, vesting’s and account information for all SEC financial reporting disclosures

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience with compensation/equity in a large-scale organization (global organization preferred)
  • Experience with 3rd party stock plan platforms (Merrill Lynch a Plus)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with executives
  • Strong analytical capabilities
