WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Ensure standards and guidelines are understood and consistently applied
  • Ensure HR programs, processes, and policies meet or beat quality and delivery expectations
  • Implement HR programs, processes, and policies in compliance with current legal and regulatory policies and assesses them to determine the extent to which they support company values and a positive work environment
  • Develop and maintain subject matter experts through independent research and participation in company and professional groups
  • Recommend areas for standardization of HR programs, processes, policies, as appropriate, to reduce complexity of administration and associated costs
  • Build HR reputation through value-added interactions with customers
  • Analysis and reporting of date contained in the HR systems
  • Provide ad hoc support for team HRCs
  • Administer HR payment and billing processes as appropriate
  • Provide voice of the customer feedback on HR programs, processes, and policies and ease of use

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • At least 3-5 years of HR experience (generalist/specialist combined)
  • Associates degree in Human Resources, Business / Business Administration, or equivalent
  • KRONOS experience
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Quickly prioritize and re-prioritize work streams
  • Work across all levels of the organization
  • Computer proficiency (PeopleSoft (HR and Procurement), Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint
  • Strong analytical/report creating skills
  • Participate as both team member and functional lead across all levels of the organization
  • Self motivated
  • Organizational and corporate agility
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
