  • Proactively manages performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and other key project management activities and behaviors
  • Possesses professional knowledge of product/function and applies knowledge to project activities to enhance delivery

  • Creates appropriate project documentation, balances stakeholder needs, and effectively negotiates tradeoffs between scope, schedule, and budget
  • Balances needs of multiple stakeholders

  • Creates, manages, and understands impacts to project scope, constraints, and schedule
  • Defined program and project WBS/Plan, and manages projects accordingly

  • Conduct and triage anomalous events of concern using industry data loss prevention tools to include Symantec DLP, Bluecoat, CASB and User Activity Monitoring (UAM) tools.
  • Provision of report and statements in clear unambiguous language
  • Identification of root cause in partnership with peer groups on remediation of control gaps/failures
  • Maintain an awareness of industry challenges and advancements in order to add value to existing technologies and processes used within the team


Required Skills:

  • 8 or more years of IT Project Management experience
  • Experience managing a program, consisting of multiple projects/work streams.
  • Experience managing project financials
  • Working experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Project)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related fields)

Desired Skills:

  • Financial Services industry experience
  • Experience with Cybersecurity Insider Threat capabilities, forensics and/or data analytics
  • Experience working with UBA and/or log aggregation and analysis platforms.
  • (Strongly preferred) Working experience with the project management capability Clarity
