WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • The Data Security Product Manager is responsible for supporting product lifecycle management for company product line.
  • This portfolio includes Managed Firewall Services, Managed Router Services, and Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) Mitigation.
  • This individual will drive product lifecycle management.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Drive product strategy for and support product development initiatives to bring new CyberSecurity products to market.
  • Identify, document, and drive detailed product specifications to ensure Managed Services Portfolio is meeting client needs.
  • Assist Security Operations Center to advance market-leading data security capabilities.
  • Work with SD-WAN Product Management team to evolve cloud-based and Virtual Network Functions (VNF) based security services.
  • Partner with Data Analytics Team to report on monthly product operational metrics and overall product health.
  • Provide day-to-day lifecycle support for Managed Services including supporting sales, operations, and engineering teams address questions or issues with product functionality.
  • Support Product Marketing Team with marketing program and demand generation campaigns.
  • Write technical sales collateral, training documentation, and product white papers.
  • Partner with Product Development and Process Engineering to ensure process flows are operational, efficient and documented.
  • Negotiate business terms and conditions with key Managed Service suppliers.
  • Serve as resident authority on Managed Security Services relative to: technology trends, marketing evolution and enterprise client business needs.
