WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED: 
•    Wellesley Hills, MA

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
•    Coordinate all human resources activities, such as recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement and development, training, and employee services. 
•    Provide HR direction and counseling. Help guide all employee relations issues to resolution.
•    Oversee HR for multiple sites on both the east and west coast.
•    Recruit, interview and select employees to fill vacant positions.
•    Advise department managers and employees on company policies.
•    Administer all benefits plans such as health and welfare insurance.
•    Oversee the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or other departments in the organization.


HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
•    5+ years of experience in a HR capacity with leadership experience.
•    PHR/SPHR Certification or similar designation.
•    Previous experience in a progressive, technology oriented organization.
•    Success building an organization through strong hiring and retention programs.
•    Multi-state, multi-site experience (California preferred).
