WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

  • Responsible for supporting the needs of the business and in alignment with HR strategy. 
  • Deliver full scope of generalist responsibilities including talent acquisition, on-boarding, employee relations, employment law compliance and reporting, performance management and payroll processing.
  • Assist in the implementation of a Performance Management Process and provides support to departmental leaders.
  • Drives talent acquisition process, full-cycle, internally and externally.  Conducts the pre-boarding, onboarding and new hire orientation processes.
  • Assess existing compensation polices, guidelines and procedures.  Provides input on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation. 
  • Conducts job evaluations, creates compliant job descriptions, participates and purchases salary surveys to ensure company compensation objectives are achieved.
  • Contributes to the development and execution of HR programs to include performance, compensation and benefits programs.
  • Drives implementation and completion of processes and programs related to compensation, benefits, open enrollment and related communications.


HOW YOUR ARE QUALIFIED:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in a generalist capacity with demonstrated advancement and growth; HR Certification preferred.
  • High capacity to manage multiple shifting priorities timely and accurately.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • High sense of urgency.
  • Tendency to take action and deliver results above expectations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present to employees and business leaders of at all levels.
  • Strong technical skills, experience with HR data and analytics highly preferred.
