WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Lead and support all divisions of Shared Services, including but not limited to, Payroll/Personnel Records, FA/Lease, HED, PTP-Payables, and OTC – Revenue
  • Preserve the integrity of the financial information and internal controls while monitoring the strategies, processes, and controls that help plan the Company’s strategic path
  • Responsible for to lead the reconciliation process and implementation of corporate consolidation for multiple reporting entities in various international local GAAP and US GAAP
  • Implement and maintain appropriate accounting policies and procedures
  • Serve as a liaison for other internal divisions including, but not limited to, FP&A, Tax, Brand Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Franchise Administration, International Operations, Real Estate, IT, Marketing, and Financial Reporting and Compliance
  • Support external auditors including, but not limited to, SEC reporting and SOX 404 monitoring
  • Oversee, review, and resolve internal and external audits
  • Monitor workflow performance to maximize efficiency
  • Non-specified projects and duties assigned in response to changing requirements and/or conditions

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Required ten years of combined experience and/or education in accounting and/or finance 
  • Required CPA license
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree
  • Must be able to proficiently communicate with all levels of management, internally and externally
  • Must be able to establish strong relationships, internally and externally
  • Must be able to determine expectations, quality standards, and proficient process measurement
  • Must be able to think independently and make professional judgment with influencing, negotiating, and decision making
  • Must be able to work efficiently in both team and independent settings
  • Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to lead and coach employees
  • Management level or above experience with audit in Big 4 Public Accounting 
  • Experienced in all Microsoft Office programs
  • Preferred expertise of IAS and/or IFRS standards
  • Preferred expertise of Oracle PeopleSoft systems 
  • Preferred expertise of Oracle Business Intelligence systems
  • Preferred expertise of Oracle Hyperion systems
  • Preferred expertise of ERP systems
