THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

  • Use your analytical experience to provide guidance and several compensation projects.
  • Be a dedicated resource to the compensation team over the scope of a project  
  • Find opportunities for improvement and make an impact.
  • Responsibility and ownership of complex analysis using Excel and Access

QUALIFICATIONS & JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of progressively responsible compensation experience
  • Ability to accurately compile and synthesize quantitative and qualitative information, draw conclusions, and present solutions and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Demonstrated expertise in market research methods, report preparation and executive presentation
  • Experience in compensation program concepts and analytics preferred but background in Econ or finance also acceptable.
  • Experience with market pricing, salary surveys, design and management of compensation programs and incentive plan administration/design ideal.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate compensation concepts across the company
  • Strong project management skills
