WHERE THE POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • Charlotte, NC

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Analyze and document system flows - inputs, processes, outputs
  • Elicit and document business, functional and system requirements
  • Become subject matter expert in Communications platform/services
  • Represent Communications team when new work requests come in
  • Perform impact analysis of new work requests
  • Lead high-level requirements gathering and strategize with senior technologists
  • Elicit and document business requirements/user stories and functional requirements documents
  • Actively participate in software design/grooming sessions
  • Lead/partner quality assurance efforts - system, integration and user acceptance testing - to ensure that business requirements are achieved successfully
  • Review test cases/test plans

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • 7-10 years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong data analysis and process analysis skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent partnership skills and ability to develop effective working relationships with various people in business, operations and IT development teams
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Working knowledge Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to multi-task effectively across several projects and assignments
