WHERE THE POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • Charlotte, NC

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage, organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-ups, product backlog grooming, design reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning and other Scrum-related activities.
  • Lead design thinking sessions with business partners.
  • Develop, manage and convert business user stories into technical user stories.
  • Manage sprints/iterations and phases of the project.   (Inception, Elaboration, Construction and Delivery) . Interact and collaborate with cross dependent teams across a weak matrix environment.  Includes, but is not limited to UX / UI, Application Enablement, Enterprise Data Management, Application Architecture, cross level program teams.
  • Collaborate, track and communicate sprint / release progress with and to all affected teams and management.  
  • Remove impediments and assess value to facilitate priorities in accordance with the business vision.
  • Ensure program level cadence is followed as defined by the Delivery Practice team.
  • Facilitate program backlog grooming and sessions.

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Experience with enterprise level projects.
  • Technical background and project management experience.
