Where This Position Is Located

  • Charlotte, NC-South End area

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Field incoming requests to the global service desk via telephone and email to ensure courteous, timely and effective resolution of end-user issues in an enterprise environment.
  • Utilize a ticketing system to document and track work efforts.
  • Develop instructional guides containing incident and request solutions procedures as well as FAQ documents for end users.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Active Directory experience, administration of user accounts
  • Software distribution tools experience (MS SCCM 2007/2012)
  • MS Exchange console to include user and distribution list account creation and permissions management.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, Service Now is preferred.
  • Experience working in a technical support role including skills around desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and other IT hardware troubleshooting skills.
