  • Responsible for analyzing data on populations and translate into program design.
  • Provides a comprehensive offering of health, retirement and wellbeing benefits which are contemporary and market competitive 
  • Acts a a consultative partner to executive leaders, vendors and internal team members to build the wellbeing brand and drive engagement
  • Stays in the know with up to date knowledge of on-going wellbeing trends to inform programming.
  • Supports the promotion, development and evaluation of health and wellness programs.
  • Manages the effectiveness of and engagement with programs.
  • Generates recommendations and changes to benefits and wellness plans based on changes in organizational needs.
  • Assists with troubleshooting and resolving escalated teammate inquiries.
  • Manages vendor relationships, including assessments.
  • Ensures that the teammate benefit programs are administered in accordance with plan documents and applicable regulations.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge understanding of company-sponsored benefits.
  • Provides support for benefits and wellness integration.

Background That Fits:

  • Bachelors and 5-7  years of related experience required.
  • Experience leading a team of HR, Benefits or Wellness professionals
  • Has built scalable solutions that have achieved organizational goals 
  • Possesses strong business acumen 
  • 5 years of benefits, wellness, or vendor management preferred.
  • Experience in project management preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
