WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • This role will prepare month end closing processes which include GL entries, reconciliations, etc
  • Requiring an ability to balance several responsibilities, this role will be a liaison and partner to external auditors and internal stakeholders with regular participation in group meetings
  • Will hold key role in assisting department leader with monthly financial reporting and audit preparation

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • 3+ years’ experience with proven track record of success
  • Public Accounting experience preferred
  • CPA or CPA eligible preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS office applications
