  • This strategic leader will collaborate to ensure integration of HR systems as the organization acquires more businesses
  • Focus on projects and implementations of people technology including HCM, Payroll Administration and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Maintain the business-as-usual compliance and timeliness of policies and procedures while working simultaneously to maximize system efficiency 
  • Collaborate with other leaders and the HR team to manage projects, implementations and applicable company wide communication

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Four-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar concentration
  • 5-7 years related work experience
  • Proficient in multiple HRIS, including but not limited to UltiPro, SuccessFactors, WorkDay
  • Experience integrating several HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) over multiple business units
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated history of leading and implementing technology in an international organization
