WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • As the Senior Front-End Developer, you will work on interactive projects for WordPress CMS and other Content Management Solutions
  • Partner with Designers and use the Adobe Creative Suite to integrate designs into WordPress
  • Use animation tools and web-based motion graphic tools for the website
  • Develop the front-end using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, and PHP.
  • Use Sass CSS extension to allow the browser to properly apply the styles to the web page
  • Enhance the user experience (UX) through digital technologies
  • Use Grunt for automation on JavaScript tasks
  • Manage mobile CMS

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field
  • 5+ years of hands-on front-end development experience in an agency or corporate environment
  • 5+ years of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and PHP experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience enhancing the UX of websites and mobile applications
  • Experience using Grunt, or similar tools, for JavaScript to automate frequent tasks
  • Experience with Sass style sheet language
  • Experience working with animation tools and web-based motion graphic tools for the website
