  • This analyst role is part of an extensive FP&A team that will specifically support commercial finance
  • Providing detailed analysis on the pricing and revenue metrics on rentals, leasing
  • Build and enhance financial models used to forecast the company’s cost/revenue
  • Manage the development of all planning, forecasting, and reporting models and their continuous innovation and communicating to your Operations partners
  • Create monthly financial reporting package including business metrics, forecasts and budget vs. actual analysis
  • Assist in the preparation of Board Meeting packages and various senior leadership reports that will equip management with regular actionable reporting to enable decision making
  • Liaise with company management, finance, and IT staff on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related issues
  • Develop KPI tracking in business verticals


  • B.A. /B.S. in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 2+ years’ experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, familiarity with visual basic and regression analysis software is a plus
  • Related work experience in FP&A. accounting, management consulting, corporate strategy, business rotational program, investment banking, or other functions preferred
  • Experience in financial statement review and adept at managing large data sets across multiple technology sources
  • Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams, functions & departments
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience with financial statement analysis and financial metrics
  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, problem solving, accountability, business acumen & enthusiasm
  • Strong interpersonal characteristics with maturity to interact with senior executives
  • Driven mentality and entrepreneurial spirit necessary to thrive in a fast-paced, fast-growing organization.
