WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Partner with internal HR leadership to design and implement organizational model and staffing requirements for the ERP project team. Coordinate the related talent plan and establish selection criteria, backfill strategies and plans for key resources.
  • Define and employ the change management methodology for the smooth transition to the global ERP related roles and processes changes
  • Work with project leaders to design change management program and create the 3-5 year project road map
  • Asses the timing of major changes and communicate/prepare change readiness with business leadership
  • Define and create training plans
  • Identify potential areas of resistance and develop strategies to mitigate where necessary and monitor change fatigue
  • Provide coaching around best practices
  • Work with business and HR to redesign jobs and define behavioral competencies and performance metrics

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Previous experience leading the change management and HR aspects of a global ERP implementation
  • Knowledgeable on creating change management strategies to maximize user adoption
  • Previous work experience in a related industry preferred, manufacturing desirable
  • Experience in business consulting and large-scale project management
  • Certification in a change management methodology is a plus
  • Good working knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies and project life cycles highly desirable
  • Expertise in setting and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Broad understanding of IT organization functions, and stays abreast of technology trends
  • Open to 65-75% travel
