WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • This role is to help define and fulfill the organization's CRM roadmap. The role advises on technical processes for desired data refinements, additions, functionality, and implements solutions to help the organization achieve business goals. 
  • The role is accountable for delivery, completes goals on time, practices strong attention to detail and perseveres through obstacles.Serves as the SME for Salesforce.com's Health Cloud, including developing and leading training's. Manages security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, sharing rules and other setup options. Extends third-party product and platform integrations and their dependencies on Salesforce.com. 
  • This person will serve as the primary system administrator for the environment. They will be responsible for the configuration of specific health cloud related functionalities within a Health/Service/Sales Cloud implementation. Collaborates with Salesforce.com partners and developers as required to improve the platform. Develops reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity. 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Hands on experience using and configuring Salesforce or similar CRM products, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls to develop client or business solutions.
  • Experience developing with Visual Force and Apex. Experience leveraging and configuring AppExchange products to develop a solution. 
  • Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements. 
  • Documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow designs. 
  • Collaborates with business stakeholders. 
  • Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the SDLC. 
  • 2 + years of hands-on experience developing and administering Salesforce technical solutions in a professional capacity. 
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required. 
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
