WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers and influencers on all existing accounts 
  • Act as the commercial lead for the division, managing the development of new products as well as changes to existing products 
  • Serve as a program manager internally, frequently meeting with plant personnel to ensure production, quality and customer service issues are resolved in a timely fashion
  • ravel to existing and potential customers with the ability to effectively communicate with both front line and executive level managers

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in reinforcement fabrics is a plus 
  • Working knowledge of rubber industry 
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 60% or as need
  • Aggressive, self-motivated and always pursuing the next sale
