WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Prepare and/or consolidate various weekly, monthly and other ad hoc business reports for management
  • Prepare presentations in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word
  • Review monthly expenses for North America Performance Materials versus budget
  • Maintain customer contracts and non-disclosure agreements (NDA)
  • Execute and distribute daily reports (daily sales, bookings and open orders)
  • Order supplies for marketing and customer service team
  • Coordinate town hall meetings
  • Create new customer accounts within data management system
  • Maintain customer master files within data management system
  • Coordinate completion of supplier surveys, complaints letters and other similar requests
  • Add approved customer pricing records to SAP
  • Assist with customer price increases
  • Other projects or responsibilities assigned by manager

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
