WHERE THE POSITION IS LOCATED:             

  • Chicago, IL 

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Assist managers and other teams in collecting information for assessment activities, to meet the SRM Program requirements for new and existing Suppliers
  • Upload and/or input SRM data and documents in Archer Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system
  • Validate existing data in Archer, and correct as appropriate
  • Assist with other SRM Program tasks, as assigned

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 4-5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in Supplier Risk Management
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), required to interact with managers across the Enterprise and with Suppliers
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Resourceful and motivated, with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a quickly changing environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks
