WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Reporting directly to the Controller, you will be responsible for owning the monthly close of revenue for company during a period of continuous growth
  • Interpret new and existing customer contracts to ensure proper revenue recognition
  • Update and maintain forecast for revenue streams
  • Meet with consulting team to track project status and ensure completion calculations are correct
  • Reconciliation of deferred revenue and unbilled receivable accounts

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance Required
  • CPA is highly preferred
  • Over 3 years of experience with software revenue recognition
  • Thorough understanding of revenue recognition standards
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
