WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • 5+ years Successfactors experience Employee Central
  • Extensive experience with Successfactors new requirement gathering, build and testing
  • Ability to configure the Successfactors application - Integration Center, Reporting (Adhoc and Advanced Reporting)
  • Expertise across all modules of the Successfactors application (EC, Recruitment, etc)
  • Strong communication skills with senior leaders
  • Strong documentation skills

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • SAP Sucessfactors Certified in Employee Central
  • Ability to create interfaces in Integration center and create reports
  • Write rules and changing Employee Central configuration
  • Troubleshooting issues
  • Mass loading data into Employee Central
  • Configuring Position Management and amending sync rules with Job Data • Administer and update role-based permissions in Employee Central
  • Strong overall Successfactors application troubleshooting skills
  • Build simple and complex reports
