WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
  • Ascertains applicants' qualifications through phone screens and evaluate candidates utilizing consistent templates and processes, leveraging behavior-based interview and assessment techniques
  • Present pre-screened candidates to hiring manager utilizing consistent processes
  • Implements diversity recruitment strategies and participate in applicable national recruiting conferences
  • Able to generate referrals through sourcing and cold calling
  • Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and applicant files and proper disposition of candidates
  • Debrief hiring manager and candidates throughout the recruitment process in accordance with the SLA
  • Partner with hiring manager and HR in evaluating candidates, offer negotiation, and overall process troubleshooting, including review and consultation of internal salary reference points, market compensation, and market intelligence in order to recommend offer package amounts
  • Develop action plans for aging requisitions and keep management informed of progress against action plans in a timely manner
  • Work with Recruitment Coordinator and Employee Service Center (ESC) to initiate the offer processing including background check and drug screens
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to employment
  • Promotes equal opportunity employment by analyzing results of outreach efforts and modifying recruitment efforts based on those results
  • Manages the recruiting lifecycle to include selection, offer and onboarding process
  • Perform other duties as requested by supervisor

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Recruiting/staffing experience 2+ years
  • Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
  • Knowledge of recruitment trends and technologies
  • Knowledge of staffing and employment practices
  • Proficiency with MS Office

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience using BrassRing High volume recruitment experience Corporate recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting across multiple sites and at all levels up to and including Director
  • Office environment, Travel as required
