WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Source and select candidates
  • Support recruitment strategies for job openings up to the Director level for assigned client group; primary internal clients are Director-VP level
  • Drive best hiring practices and outcomes with internal clients
  • Collaborate in a matrixed organization at multiple levels and handles multiple relationships, processes and outcomes
  • Take full ownership for recruiting life cycle (intake call, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, hiring, etc.)
  • Be the subject matter expert for their functional domain expertise
  • Develop proactive recruitment strategies for pipeline building to present to hiring managers
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and promotes Charter employment brand
  • Ensure adherence with all EEO, OFCCP, ADA, FCC and other government regulations
