Who we’re looking for:

If you are a Recruiter, who would like to do something new and exciting, while using your previous experience and sales skillset that you are proven to be good at- we want you!  You will have to be naturally competitive- like the gaming and eSports industry players.  We are fast paced, entrepreneurial and you will get to create the future of the company.  We are looking for someone who impacts our clients and our company daily. Additionally, you should and enjoy the challenge of finding purple squirrels and sharing with clients the talent insights with clients on what it will take to find the employees they need.

You will be responsible for sourcing top talent and providing market intelligence to our clients in tandem with both business development and account management in a start-up vertical environment within an established industry. You are a person who is exceptionally skilled at building personal relationships, navigating complex organizations and understanding the dynamics of working with a niche target that exists in some of the largest companies in the world supporting gaming and eSports. You are also able to work both internally and externally to craft a shared vision and execute a roadmap to achieve the plan. You are thoughtful, personable and willing to do what it takes to successfully execute a partnership and develop a strong candidate pipeline.

What You Will Do

  • Foster and grow relationships with candidates, targeting the vertical of gaming and eSports that want expertise in hiring the best and most highly coveted talent in the industry.
  • Be the subject matter expert on the industry and the types of successfully marketed candidates.
  • Understand a broad spectrum of skill sets:; IT, Product Marketing, HR, Finance, Customer Service, and Engineering. Our client will support an industry vertical in all skill sets specific to companies supporting the gaming and eSports industries.
  • Report regularly to the leadership team on the status of efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with BDM to deliver on open requisitions to clients.

Experience Desired:

  • 2+ years of agency experience demonstrating top tier performance as a hunter  in the gaming, IT, or eSports industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an innate ability to network and build relationships.
  • Research skills to determine potential prospects; understanding size, geography and industry ecosystem.
  • Experienced in a fast-paced environment, preferably start-up.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and projects in an agile environment.
  • Ability to pick up new systems and technology quickly, if you don’t know it already you need to GTS.
  • Bachelors in relevant field desired but really looking for demonstrated success as the priority.
