WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • Charlotte, NC

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Freight Optimizer QA team will be responsible to make sure TMS is always stable and running. of Regression, Unit and Integration Testing will be primary responsibility
  • Work closely with development and SMEs in an agile process, with the support of an experienced test automation team and an established framework
  • Automate test sets using GUI and functional validation, reusable actions, shared object repositories and functions, database verification and data-driven tests
  • Participate in the design improvement of the automation architecture and framework
  • Create test scenarios and data flow based on the agile stories
  • Anticipate and attempt to prevent/minimize automation maintenance issues
  • Resolve problems when they arise with appropriate solutions
  • Good understanding of the role of QA and test automation within the Agile process
  • Clearly communicate information to both technical and non-technical personnel

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • College graduate with 2 years of relevant work experience, including development and/or test automation experience
