  • They establish, implement and sustain a framework for identifying, planning, delivering, communicating, training, monitoring and supporting processes utilized to provide enterprise services.
  • They ensure processes are consistent, repeatable, measurable and tracked.
  • They also ensure that the enterprise processes and procedures are in alignment with best practice frameworks and meet business requirements.
  • They analyze best-in-class processes for monitoring, tracking and analyzing performance.
  • They facilitate the implementation and adherence to the defined best practice framework through training, meeting and team facilitation and communication programs.
  • These roles ensure that enterprise processes meet the highest quality standards.
  • Process Management professionals work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, communicate, train and integrate processes and procedures utilizing best practices and industry standard frameworks.
  • The overarching goal of the work a Process analysts perform is to increase the effectiveness of internal processes for the improvement of the organizations ability to adapt to changing business requirements.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically has 5 - 7 years of business/industry work experience, with 2 years of experience in process engineering and 2 years experience in project management.
  • Experience in areas such as process design, ISO, Lean, Six Sigma, COBIT, and CMMI is a plus.
