PROJECT MANAGER – CHANGE MANAGEMENT

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Meet regularly with the project leads and teams to conduct an ongoing assessment of change management for the project work, including:
  • Understanding project-level change support needed, and if change is properly covered within the project well before execution.
  • Updates and maintains a change heat map of project that shows the level/intensity of change anticipated.
  • Updates and maintains a timeline of change impacts within the heat map to provide a critical view the project.
  • This resource will also contribute, at times, to communication required as part of the project assigned.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple workstreams while providing updates and making adjustments to goals and deadlines as necessary.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Solid change management experience
  • Can operate independently, but be part of a cohesive team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Change management and Project management expertise
  • Change management experience in merger integration and organizational transformation activities is desired
  • Certification in Prosci Change Management Methodology a plus
