  • Serve as project manager for multiple complex projects in support of both business partner and BPT initiatives
  • Responsible for projects requiring integration of I&O services
  • Work with cross functional partners to define project scope and success criteria
  • Manage IT projects, initiation through closeout, as assigned and within the parameters of cost, quality, schedule and objectives
  • Develop and maintain project plans and budgets, while ensuring project milestones are met
  • Provide consistent, two-way communication between project teams and management
  • Ensure alignment with Senior Leadership through regular milestone updates
  • Manage relationships and contractual obligations with project related external suppliers
  • Provide leadership for the Project Management process
  • Works independently and mentors other project managers
  • Responsible for the pursuit of cost reductions and maximizing value on all assigned projects


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems/Technology or equivalent
  • 5-10 years of relevant job experience with at least 3-5 years of project management experience
  • Experience leading cross functional projects against demanding timelines
  • Microsoft Project experience required
  • Ability to drive and maintain accountability for commitments, and execute responsibilities in an efficient, focused manner
  • Ability to clearly communicate objectives, plan, implement and continuously improve processes to meet time, budget and performance objectives, monitor progress and achieve desired outcomes
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to impact individual project direction through influence and collaboration
  • Highly proactive and results oriented with proven track record of success in all phases of project development
  • Broad technical background and experiences; this enables the candidate to anticipate, address and mitigate issues early and throughout the project
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the original project plan; effectively communicates changes or delays to team members and key stakeholders
  • Adept at working productively with all BPT functions including external suppliers
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate accurately and concisely to all levels within the company ranging from team members to Senior Leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and communicate work load prioritization within and between project teams; well organized
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and decisiveness; takes prompt action to accomplish goals; proactively attempts to influence events rather than passively accept outcomes
  • Independently, and working with others, able to generate new, innovative ideas and associated technologies to improve consumer value and reduce costs
  • Demonstrated high level of curiosity, creativity, and strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
