WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Create new M&R shops and edit current shop information
  • Monitor team's mailbox with inquiries from vendors and field staff
  • Work with field staff and audit team to assist with vendor issues
  • Provide training to employees and vendors on the work order process
  • Liaison between client and vendors to assist in resolving M&R system issues
  • Assist in testing and any other system upgrades to ensure accuracy and performance of work order related systems
  • Reconcile all exported work orders investigating and resolving significant variances
  • Maintain database tables for labor rates, parts tariff, repair codes and taxing 

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Undergraduate degree in a quantitative/applied field with good academic credentials
  • Ability to audit data across multiple systems to ensure alignment
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in data mining, analysis, statistics and/or data manipulation a plus
  • Ability to learn and apply technologies and tools
  • Excellent organization, decision making and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
