WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • Chesterbrook, PA

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating the smooth organization and successful execution of assigned projects and activities.
  • Supports project team under the leadership of Program Director.
  • Scheduling and coordinating all details to support meetings and workshops of varying lengths 
  • Develop and maintain overall team schedule for training, workshops, and presentations. 
  • Maintenance and posting of team documents and presentations 
  • Provide support to team to request and track support needs from other internal organizations 
  • Capture meeting notes and action items from key team meetings 
     

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • A proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 
  • Good organizational and project coordination skills, including the ability to manage multiple activities of various diverse scope 
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. 
  • Basic problem-solving skills to aid in handling unexpected issues and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions. 
  • Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of computers to operative effectively with Word, Excel SharePoint, and Outlook.
