WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Manages EPMO data gathering and reporting
  • Serves as single point of contact for reporting updates from project teams
  • Identifies risks and issues based on data and communicates them to EPMO Director
  • Serves as EPMO representative at Portfolio Health Review and PRC meetings as applicable
  • Provides weekly reporting on project level committed value realization targets and CapEx spend
  • Develops roll-up reporting of projects that translate to initiative and block level targets and spend
  • Provides data on roadmap and pipeline status to support Director in approval, reprioritization, funding, and start / stop recommendations
  • Archives reporting on a weekly basis and provides historical reference
  • Assists in presentation creation and preparation

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor’s in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
  • Minimum of one year related work experience. PMP, PgMP, PfMP, CAPM, or other related project management certification is beneficial.
  • Working knowledge of project/program and portfolio management methodology, and project constraints
  • Knowledgeable of the tensions between project management standards and practical application without compromising delivery or incurring risk
  • Ability to artfully coordinate and make recommendations on timing of projects for teams and resources based on readiness of demand
  • Strong analytical, performance tracking, monitoring, analyzing, and communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint
