WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • You will manage the payroll department and report to the Director of Payroll to oversee all domestic payroll actives
  • You will a team culture of continuous improvement and efficiency to maximize the capabilities of Workday
  • You will collaborate with finance, human resources and information technology to monitor data and enhance reporting 
  • You will train and mentor the payroll team with oversight of the end to end payroll process including taxes, garnishments, etc for exempt, non-exempt, salaried and hourly employees 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, business administration or human resources
  • Certified Payroll Professional strongly preferred
  • Previous experience with Workday required
  • Exposure to complex multi-sate payroll with an employee base of over 2,000
  • Previous managerial experience with demonstrated ability to build a high performing team
