WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Oversee payroll processing for weekly (hourly and salary), bi-weekly (hourly), monthly salaried, payrolls for the US and Canada 
  • Assist with multi-state payroll tax reporting and compliance.
  • Assist with special projects related to compensation, benefits and payroll.
  • Administer and maintain payroll compliance with respect to all local, state and federal laws.
  • Monitor and assist with FSA reporting and compliance.
  • Stay up to date of payroll updates, changes and best practices related to ADP and Kronos systems

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role
  • AS degree is preferred 
  • Proficiency with MS Office products including Excel
  • Exceptional candidates will be professional, self-motivated, well organized and detail oriented with flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required.
