WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
• Process weekly/semi-monthly payroll for salary and hourly employees - 325 employees and growing
• Processing of billing through payroll integrated systems, reconciling invoices, ensuring billing accuracy

• Ensure time is logged and approved for payment
• New Hire Information Packets | Contract Employees | Set up Logins for New Hires
• Benefits Liaison to Professional Suppliers
• Unemployment | Claims Management

• Maintain Company Revenue Statistics
• Compile Commission Reports based on Revenue Statistics

• Terminations & Resignations payroll paperwork process and administration
• Comply with local, state, and federal laws specific to payroll reporting and compliance

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:


• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in payroll and accounting
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, resourceful, and desire to grow beyond current position
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skill

• Intermediate Excel with a quick uptake on new systems/technology is a MUST
