WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Call on existing customers and prospect for new customers.
  • Set up the sales team for success with positive first impressions and by providing intel on the customer or prospect as the sales qualified lead is passed:
    • Communicate findings to the sales team or branch manager.
    • Analyze customer needs with limited customer engagement.
    • Utilize all product knowledge and documentation to provide customers with recommendations appropriate for their needs.
  • Use fact finding, active listening, and solution selling to drive business including intel about the contact including:
    • Future needs.
    • Unresolved issues from past rentals.
  • Act swiftly and have a sense of urgency to follow-up on inbound leads and sales campaign targets.
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction within all interactions (email, phone, chat, etc.).

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • One year of sales experience required; call center experience preferred
  • Self-starter with ability to meet deadlines in a high stress environment.
  • Strong decision making abilities in an autonomous environment.
  • Exemplary communication skills to include written, verbal and presentation skills.
