  • Partner with the sales team to develop annual marketing plans in support of the business unit’s growth plan.
  • Leverage modern marketing techniques to connect buyers with a customer-centric solution offer and connect our sales teams with enablement tools, resulting in measurable revenue growth. 
  • Needs to develop strategic go to market campaign strategies while managing over a collaborative team.
  •  Interact and communicate with other company leaders and managers in a professional manner.
     

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, business or communications or equivalent experience plus 7+ years product or solution marketing experience
  • 4+ years team management experience
  • Previous sales enablement experience a plus
  • Ability to leverage technology including marketing automation, social media platforms/tools, web content management, web analytics and business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools)
  • Product management experience
  • Background in construction or manufacturing, or PUMP is a plus
  • Must be a critical thinker and be able to take initiative when necessary.
