LOCATION:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Accountable for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and messaging, development of promotional plans and participation in research projects with focus on customer needs and values for the commercial building market
  • Responsible for driving demand and communicating a consistent message
  • Owns strategy planning sessions to align key campaigns in market and works with sales and product & program managers on needs to support market
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans with cross-functional teams including presenting to product teams, sales and key leadership both plan and metrics to show success and opportunities for growth
  • Manages content and calendar for Commercial Building Enclosure including decision making on best tools/approaches to deliver content
  • Manages digital tools for product including SEM, web metrics, lead generation tools and reports out to Leadership as one company
  • Manages relationships with key industry associations to see how we can leverage the science based messaging to help market
  • Manages day-to-day operations which will include marketing communications approvals, budget/Pos/Orders/Invoice Approvals
  • Lead business events such as tradeshows and customer events to make sure they align with our strategy
  • Responsible to manage key product launches/work from start to finish including working with cross-functional teams on timing, elements needed, pushing these elements, approvals, meeting set budgets, etc.

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing/Product Management or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 7-10 years previous experience in marketing communications, sales, or marketing
  • Working in matrix organizations with multiple distribution channels and influencers, and having held operational accountability across geographic boundaries
  • Strong understanding and experience with online marketing, branding and project planning and management
  • Executing business and marketing strategy for a sizeable business segment
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
