WHAT YOU WILL DO:
•Work closely with Business Leadership to identify, scope and lead market research projects across the group.
•Conduct secondary and primary market research as needed to support strategic direction and key decision making.
•Utilize and manage leveraged research agencies effectively to achieve market research goals while maximizing ROI.
•Implement a structured marketing approach to support ongoing M&A projects with marketing data.
•Lead ongoing competitive intelligence activity for each business to shape sales and marketing strategy.
•Collaborate with the Marketing Team to influence content development and promotional strategies.
•Assist with the preparation of briefing materials, PowerPoint presentations, obtaining samples, and supporting on-site customer meetings and visits
•Support CRM lead management processes, assist users as needed, and generate monthly reports.
•Take leadership role in the creation and administration of the Marketing SharePoint site, including document management and site access permissions

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing; MBA is a plus
•Strong analytical skills, process-oriented
•Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
•Ability to multi-task, take initiative and handle urgent requests on short notice
•Strong computer skills in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint and data analysis software including Tableau
•Proficiency with CRM software for account management and reporting
