WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Prepare, review, and update renewal letters, SNDAs, lease amendments, letters of intent, etc. for 600+ customer contacts
  • Work closely with landlords, lenders, and subtenants to answer all contact questions and other related matters
  • Input and maintain database system as well as file, scan, and organize documents
  • Generate and monitor leasing reports such as no further option, renewals, inventory, or lease summaries to company departments as requested
  • Review rent for customers on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis by calculating standard increases, stops, CPIs, and other related charges
  • Manage year-end reconciliations
  • Interact with accountants to discuss monthly rents that a paid or posted
  • Receive and maintain sublease payments and document as necessary
  • Update insurance company with new or forthcoming leases

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred – Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in lease administration or legal real estate
  • Technical skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook)
  • Would love to see experience with IBM Tririga
  • Strong communication skills working with various teams – must have the ability to provide quick follow up to questions and concerns
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Self-starter who can work in a fast paced environment and prioritize projects
