WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage on/off boarding process and facilitate assignment changes
  • Respond to and resolve all issues in a timely fashion
  • Responsible for supporting program quarterly activities such as scorecards, supplier audits, and user audits
  • Manage program general inbox and respond to requests accordingly
  • Provide support to hiring managers for requisition creation
  • Monitor requisition approvals and escalate issues when required
  • Work closely with program manager to develop program reporting requirements, distribution and management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines and processes
  • Support program initiatives and other program efforts as required

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • 3+  years overall work experience
  • 1+ years prior industry experience in staffing, MSP, internally managed contingent labor program or talent acquisition/recruiting
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Success working in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop effective relationships
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities
  • Energetic and able to work well in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with a vendor management system /applicant tracking system
  • Strong skills in all Microsoft Office products, with current experience working with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.), Word, and PowerPoint
