WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Search and qualify new prospects
  • Use outbound calls and emails to qualify existing leads in lead pools maintained in CRM database and set sales appointments for outside sales reps
  • Initiate contact to assess current status, confirming contact information, confirm specifications and current supplier relationship
  • Forward leads and communicate details to appropriate sales leaders and managers
  • Assist sellers in qualifying new leads they uncover
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with sellers to ensure maximum positive impact on sales
  • Assist sellers with unresolved/dormant prospects by re-qualifying them as needed
  • Achieve all process and production goals (Make 40-50 contacts per day, 20 appointments per quarter) 
  • Develop and maintain prospect lists in CRM for all prospects
  • Evaluate and edit email lists as needed to support appropriate e-contact
  • Protect and maintain the data in CRM (search for duplicates, enter accounts, establish and maintain proper coding, disqualify accounts appropriately, develop fields as needed, etc.)

HOW YOU’RE QUALIFIED:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related field 
  • 1+ years of related experience 
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite
  • E-marketing experience in terms of utilizing e-tools to communicate with existing customers and generate leads for new customers
  • Experience with CRM a plus
