WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Working in a team setting to provide on-site and remote IT hardware support
• Perform preventative maintenance on workstations and peripheral networks
• Install software and hardware in accordance to company standards
• Respond to phone calls in a timely manner during working hours and when on-call
• Follow through on work orders within established service level guidelines
• Maintain ticket tracking and other customer documentation in real-time
• Participate in field support, problem solving/root cause analysis and strategic projects

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED

• A+, Microsoft certification, Associates Degree or relevant work experience
• Proficient with mainstream Microsoft Windows/Office products

• Strong interpersonal relationship skills and team orientation
• Above average written and verbal communication skills
• High-level of professionalism, integrity and commitment to quality
• Must have valid NC Driver’s License      

• Accept travel assignments and On Call Pager assignments

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
